Shefali Jariwala Death Cause: Police Suspect Sudden Blood Pressure Drop, No Foul Play Detected

Actor Shefali Jariwala passed away under tragic circumstances, with preliminary findings pointing to a sudden dip in blood pressure as the possible cause of death, according to the police and hospital authorities. The 42-year-old actor collapsed at her residence on Friday night and was declared dead on arrival at a hospital in Mumbai.

Police officials stated that doctors at Cooper Hospital suspect a sudden drop in blood pressure could have led to her death. Additionally, preliminary assessments also indicated a possible cardiac arrest.

At the time of her collapse, Shefali was reportedly observing a fast for a Satyanarayan pooja held at her residence. According to her husband's statement to the police, she collapsed after consuming food that had been prepared a day earlier.

Tablets Found at Her Residence

While collecting the panchnama from the residence, the police found two boxes of anti-ageing tablets, skin glow supplements, and vitamin tablets. Her family informed the police that Shefali had been taking these tablets without a doctor's prescription, but they had never caused her any health issues before.

Police Rule Out Foul Play in Shefali Jariwala's Death

A police officer confirmed,"No foul play is suspected yet. We are awaiting the post-mortem report to determine the exact cause of death."

The Versova Police have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) in connection with the case. The statements of her husband and close family members have already been recorded.
