Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has emerged as India's highest-paid actor in 2024.

The Bollywood icon, who delivered three hits last year, has surpassed other Bollywood stars like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar. He has also outpaced South Indian actors such as Rajinikanth, Prabhas, Thalapathy Vijay, and Allu Arjun.

According to a report by Forbes using IMDB data, Shah Rukh reportedly charges between Rs 150 crore and Rs 250 crore per film.

Following Shah Rukh Khan, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth takes the second position. He reportedly charges between Rs 150 crore and Rs 210 crore per project. Thalapathy Vijay is next, with an estimated fee ranging from Rs 130 crore to Rs 200 crore. Prabhas, who charges between Rs 100 crore and Rs 200 crore, holds the fourth spot. Aamir Khan rounds out the top five, demanding between Rs 100 crore and Rs 175 crore per film.

Salman Khan is ranked sixth, with a fee ranging from Rs 100 crore to Rs 150 crore. Kamal Haasan occupies the seventh position, charging similar amounts.

Allu Arjun is eighth, with fees between Rs 100 crore and Rs 125 crore. Bollywood's Akshay Kumar and Ajith Kumar complete the top ten list. Akshay's fees range from Rs 60 crore to Rs 145 crore, while Ajith reportedly demands Rs 105 crore per film. .

A Business Insider report also estimates Shah Rukh Khan's net worth at approximately Rs 6300 crore. In comparison, Aamir Khan's net worth is around Rs 1862 crore, and Salman's net worth is roughly Rs 2900 crore. Akshay Kumar's net worth is about Rs 2500 crore. In the South Indian cinema, Rajinikanth has an estimated net worth of Rs 430 crore. Vijay's net worth is around Rs 474 crore, while Prabhas' net worth is Rs 348.55 crore.
