Sardaar Ji 3 Controversy: Border 2 Makers Likely To Replace Diljit Dosanjh, Say Reports
Amidst the ongoing controversy surrounding his film 'Sardaar Ji 3', Diljit Dosanjh is reportedly being replaced by Ammy Virk in 'Border 2'. The decision comes as the film's producers felt that Dosanjh's involvement might not align with the movie's focus on the Indian Army. The controversy stems from the casting of Pakistani actor Hania Aamir in 'Sardaar Ji 3'.
The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) President, BN Tiwari, commented on the situation. He mentioned that while they haven't received official confirmation about Diljit's removal, it seems to be the only viable solution. Tiwari added that continuing with Diljit would imply support for his stance.

Replacement Speculations and Official Statements
Sources close to the project have indicated that Ammy Virk is likely to step into Dosanjh's role in this upcoming war drama. However, there has been no official announcement from the filmmakers regarding these changes. The team plans to reshoot scenes featuring Diljit soon to avoid any negative impact on the film's promotions.
India Today reached out to T-Series and producer Nidhi Dutta for comments but has yet to receive a response. Meanwhile, FWICE had previously issued strong statements urging 'Border 2' producers not to collaborate with Dosanjh due to the ongoing controversy.
