'Salaar' Vs 'Dunki' Trailer: Which Is Better? Check Fans Reaction

Shah Rukh Khan's much-hyped 'Dunki' trailer has been released on Wednesday. It comes three days after the trailer of Prabhas' pan-India film 'Salaar' hit the internet with a bang. Both the movies are set to release for Christmas, this year.

'Salaar' is an action-packed film, directed by Prashanth Neel of the 'KGF' series fame. Shruti Haasan plays the female lead in the film which will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

The trailer was high on violence with some whistle-worth moments for the fans of Prabhas. It gave a clear outline of the storyline.

On the other hand, 'Dunki', directed by Rajkumar Hirani of '3 Idiots' and 'Munnabhai' series fame, is family oriented flick.

Shah Rukh Khan's film deals with an illegal method for gaining entry into countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States of America. The film portrays the experiences of Indians opting for this unlawful approach as they grapple with the challenges of returning home. The story has been summarised in the trailer.

However, trailers of both the movies have largely met with mixed reviews with the fans complaining that it lacks "wow" moments.

A user, on X, said, "I think first time #Dunki is facing heat from #Animal and #Salaar Everytime #SRK movie dominates theatres count,,, this time #Prabhas in Race and war One side." Another one said, "Dunki trailer is so average. The production value seems so bad. If #Salaar content is solid, then rip dunki."

"Both Christmas releases looking dull from the trailer," the second user said.

Taking about the Prabhas' film, a netizen said, "I think people will be saturated with #Animal violence.They might prefer #Dunki over #Salaar on Dec 22."
