'Salaar' OTT Release Date Revealed: Check When & Where To Watch It Online

Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Salaar', which has become the biggest hit at the box office in South India in recent months, is set for the OTT release.

Yes, the movie is hitting the OTT platform much earlier than expected. The makers have formally announced the news on the social media page.

Hombale Films, which funded the movie, took to Twitter to announce the date. The message read: "Get ready for the action extravaganza 💥 #SalaarCeaseFire streaming on @NetflixIndia from Jan 20 in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam & Tamil."

Where To Watch The Movie Online?

The multilingual movie will be available for watching from today midnight in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam languages. However, people have to note that it is not free and they should have a Netflix subscription to watch the flick.

The plans start at Rs 149 and go up to Rs 649 as each plan provides varying numbers of screens for simultaneous content viewing.

Released on December 22, Prashanth Neel-directed 'Salaar' was released to gigantic hype and clashed with Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki'. The movie made a record-breaking collection in Telugu while doing good business in the Hindi market. The worldwide collection of the movie is said to be Rs 405 crore.

The movie is a remake of hit Kannada movie 'Ugramm', directed by Prashanth Neel himself. The original had Sri Murali, Tilak and Haripriya playing the leads.
