Ranveer was pictured lounging at home on a sofa with his laptop, and also posted a selfie with his grandmother, along with a photograph featuring his pet dog. Sharing the images, he captioned them, "Thank you to my loved ones (red heart emoji). Thank you, universe (folded hands emoji). A new blessed chapter begins - Rebirth..."

Ranveer reflects on the 'storm'

On the Instagram page for BeerBiceps, Ranveer reposted the update, adding in his stories, "Healing because of you all (heart bandaged emoji). Be with us tomorrow." He also wrote, "Grateful to every single teammate. Even in this storm, each one stood by. Real 'treasure'."

Why Ranveer came under fire

The influencer recently submitted a written apology to the National Commission for Women (NCW) for offensive remarks he made on the show. Multiple FIRs were filed against him - widely known as BeerBiceps - over comments relating to parents and sex.

Although the Supreme Court granted him temporary protection from arrest, it criticised the nature of his words, calling them "vulgar" and stating he had a "dirty mind" that brought "shame to society."

What did he say?

The remarks, made in jest during a YouTube broadcast, provoked considerable public outrage. The episode, part of comedian Samay Raina's reality series 'India's Got Latent', featured Ranveer laughing and making inappropriate jokes about women.

With over 600,000 followers on X, 4.5 million on Instagram, and 10.5 million subscribers on YouTube, Ranveer addressed the controversy in an apology video on X, acknowledging that his comment was "not only inappropriate but also not funny."
