"My comment wasn't just inappropriate; it wasn't even funny. Comedy is not my strong suit. I want to sincerely apologize. Many of you have questioned whether this is how I intend to use my platform, and I assure you it is not. I won't provide context or justification for what occurred; I'm here simply to apologize," he expressed in a video message.
