Ram Mandir: Is Prabhas Really Donating Rs 50 Crore For Ayodhya Temple?

Prabhas, who is basking in the success of 'Saaho', has been reportedly invited to the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22.

As the stage is getting ready for the grand event, speculations in South Indian media started doing rounds that Prabhas will be donating Rs 50 crore for the temple. Reports claimed that the 'Baahubali' actor has decided to do 'Annadanam' (meals) at 300 places across India during Ram Mandir inauguration at Ayodhya.

He will be spending Rs 50 crore for this purpose. As per another report, he will be donating Rs 50 crore to the temple for the same purpose to the temple trust on January 22.

How Truth Is This?
Well, there is no truth in the claims. Sources close to the actor have told India Today that it is "fake" rumours.

Telugu media, however, claims that the actor will be attending the Ram Temple consecration ceremony.

Apart from him, many bigwigs from the Indian film industry is attending the event. They are: Mohanlal, Rajnikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Madhuri Dixit, Chiranjeevi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Akshay Kumar, Dhanush, Randeep Hooda, Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Kangana Ranaut, Rishab Shetty, Madhur Bhandarkar, Ajay Devgn, Jackie Shroff, Tiger Shroff, Yash, Ayushmann Khurrana, Alia Bhatt and Sunny Deol.

On the other hand, Prabhas has bounced back with his recent movie 'Saaho' which has minted over Rs 405 crore at the box office. Prashanth Neel-directorial film was released in multiple languages including Telugu and Hindi.

The movie will be streamed on January 20.

He will be next seen in 'Kalki 2898 AD' which has Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and others are in the cast. Maruthi's 'The Raja Saab' and Mukesh Kumar Singh's 'Kannappa' are his other projects.
