Pushpa 2 Box Office Collection: Allu Arjun-Starrer Set To Shatter KGF 2, Leo Records
Allu Arjun's much-anticipated film Pushpa 2 is set to hit on Thursday. The movie has generated huge excitement due to its association with a beloved character and franchise. It has already secured a spot among the top three advance bookings ever in India.
Recently, it achieved another milestone by recording an impressive opening day pre-sales at the global box office.

The post-pandemic era has seen a shift in box office trends, with more films experiencing strong initial performances. This change is partly due to the rise of pan-Indian movies that are heavily promoted both domestically and internationally. While Baahubali 2 once seemed like an exception, many large-scale Indian films now achieve remarkable numbers.
Baahubali 2 was the first Indian film to surpass the 100 crore mark in day one advance booking, excluding blocked seats. Since then, six Indian films have reached or exceeded this milestone. Following Baahubali 2's success, RRR, KGF Chapter 2, Leo, and Kalki 2898 AD also achieved this incredible feat. Most recently, Pushpa 2 joined this elite group.
Pushpa 2 has surpassed the 100 crore gross mark in day one advance booking at the worldwide box office. It is now the sixth Indian film to reach this milestone. In India alone, ticket sales for day one have reached 73 crore gross (excluding blocked seats). Internationally, pre-sales for the opening day have already exceeded 35 crore gross.
As of 6:30 pm IST today, Pushpa 2 has accumulated a staggering 108 crore gross through opening day pre-sales. When including blocked seats, this figure rises to over 135 crore gross. With just a few hours left before its release, it remains to be seen where Pushpa 2 will stand in final advance booking numbers, as per the trade reports.
Directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 2 features Allu Arjun alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, and others. Originally slated for release in August 2023, the film faced delays but is now ready to take the box office by storm.
The movie is releasing in multiple languages in over 12000 screens, worldwide.
