O’ Romeo OTT Release Date & Time: When and Where to Watch Shahid Kapoor’s Action Drama

Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri's action-packed romance O' Romeo is set to hit theatres on February 13, but conversations around its OTT release have already begun. Even before its big-screen debut, fans are curious about when and where the film will be available for streaming.

The makers have not announced an official OTT release date isn't out yet, but if things follow the usual pattern, expect it to drop online about 45 to 60 days after hitting cinemas.

Ahead of its release in Theateres, O' Romeo is holding steady at the box office. Trade site Sacnilk reports that advance bookings have already topped ₹1.45 crore, and if you count blocked seats, that jumps to ₹3.71 crore. Nearly 60,000 tickets have been snapped up so far for the Hindi 2D version, with an average ticket price of ₹218 across roughly 9,000 shows.

Industry insiders think bookings at national multiplex chains will end up around 30,000 admissions. The opening day collection looks set to land somewhere between ₹4.5 crore and ₹7.5 crore nett, with most bets near ₹6.5 crore.

The supporting cast is stacked too: Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, and Vikrant Massey all bring extra layers to the chaos.

As for first impressions, early reviews are trickling in. Actor-turned-critic Kuldeep Gadhvi called O' Romeo a "bold and gritty romantic action thriller," saying it nails both the raw emotion and the crime drama. He singled out Shahid Kapoor's performance as especially aggressive and fearless-maybe even a career best. Triptii Dimri, according to Gadhvi, brings real emotional weight to the story. He gave the film four stars and called it a "complete mass + class cinematic experience."

When can you watch it online?

The official streaming date is still under wraps, but promo teasers point to Amazon Prime Video as the exclusive OTT home. With ticket sales picking up and reviews trending positive, O' Romeo looks set for a strong run before it lands online.
