Naga Chaitanya-Sobhita's Relationship To End In 2027? Case Filed Against Astrologer Venu Swamy Over Prediction

Famous astrologer Venu Swamy has stirred controversy by predicting the future of newly engaged couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala.

Swamy took to Instagram with a bold claim that the couple's relationship would end in 2027 due to the alleged involvement of a mysterious third woman. The prediction, seen by many as reckless and insensitive, sparked outrage among fans and drew widespread criticism.

The situation escalated when the Telugu Film Journalist Association (TFJA) intervened, taking strong offense to Swamy's remarks. Going beyond criticism, the TFJA filed a police complaint against the astrologer.

The association condemned Swamy's video as inappropriate and harmful, particularly given the delicate nature of the couple's engagement news. They said that such speculative and negative commentary has no place in the entertainment industry, especially when it involves personal lives.

Facing mounting backlash, Venu Swamy attempted to clarify his statements in a follow-up video. He claimed that his prediction about Chaitanya and Sobhita was merely an extension of an earlier forecast he had made regarding Chaitanya's previous relationship with Samantha.

Swamy further assured his viewers that he had spoken with MAA President Manchu Vishnu and promised to refrain from making any future predictions about the personal lives of film stars and politicians.

This isn't the first time Venu Swamy has made controversial predictions. It's worth noting that he previously predicted potential trouble in the marriage of director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara, further cementing his reputation for stirring public emotions with his bold statements.
