Murder Case: Darshan's House Seized, Roads Leading To His Residence Closed By Cops

Darshan, along with his friend Pavithra Gowda and several aides, is being interrogated at Annapoorneshwari Nagar. His house in RR Nagar and the road leading to it have been cordoned off.

Darshan and ten others are accused of brutally murdering a man named Renukaswamy. His aides allegedly kidnapped Renukaswamy from his home in Chitradurga, brought him to Darshan's house, and then took him to a shed in Kamakshi Palya. Renukaswamy was kept in the shed, owned by Vinay, for a day where he was brutally assaulted, leading to his death. His body was later dumped in Sumanahalli.

Since Renukaswamy was first taken to Darshan's house, it is considered a crime scene, and police are gathering more evidence there.

Darshan and others involved in the murder are likely to be produced before the court this evening.

Motive for the Murder

Preliminary investigations suggest that Renukaswamy had been sending obscene messages to Pavithra Gowda, a close friend of Darshan. Despite repeated warnings from Darshan, Renukaswamy continued to send vulgar posts on social media. This reportedly led Darshan to decide to teach him a lesson.

The extent of Darshan's involvement in the murder is still under investigation. Some reports indicate that Darshan has told officers he was not present at the scene during the murder.

The role of Darshan in the murder is yet to be known although some reports claim that Darshan has informed the investigating officers that he was not there in the spot at the time of the murder.

Pawan, kidnap sutradara, Pradosh, Nandish, Keshava Murthy, Lakshman (Darshan car driver), Raghavendra (member of Darshan fans association chitradurga), Deepak, Vinay and Karthik have been arrested by the cops.
