Chiranjeevi's much-hyped festive release Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has lived up to its grand expectations at the box office, emerging as one of the biggest Telugu grossers of the Sankranthi season. Released on January 12, the film arrived amid massive buzz, powered by Chiru's star power, holiday advantage, and aggressive promotions. Fourteen days into its theatrical run, the film has put up impressive numbers, firmly establishing itself as a commercial success.

The film opened its account with strong paid previews on Sunday (Day 0), collecting ₹9.35 crore, an early indicator of the storm it was about to unleash. The real fireworks followed on Day 1, with a staggering ₹32.25 crore India net collection on Monday, reflecting exceptional occupancy across urban centres and mass belts alike. This opening day figure set the tone for a dominant first week at the box office.

While a sharp drop was observed on Day 2 with ₹18.75 crore, which is typical after a massive opening, the film showed resilience in the mid-week period. Collections stabilised between ₹19 crore and ₹22 crore from Day 3 to Day 5, driven by strong word of mouth among fans and festive footfalls. By the end of the first Sunday, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu had already amassed ₹179.15 crore in its opening week, a phenomenal figure by any standard, according to Sacnilk data.

The second week saw the expected slowdown as weekday collections dipped significantly. Day 8 (second Monday) recorded ₹8 crore, followed by a gradual decline through midweek. However, the film once again benefited from the weekend effect. Day 13 (second Saturday) witnessed a healthy 60 per cent jump to ₹4.25 crore, and Day 14 (second Sunday) added an estimated ₹6 crore, proving that the film continues to attract audiences, especially family viewers and Chiranjeevi loyalists.

At the end of 14 days, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu stands at an impressive India net total of ₹192.05 crore. Despite facing competition from newer releases and the natural post-festival slowdown, the film has managed to hold its ground, underlining Chiranjeevi's unmatched box office pull even decades into his career. Trade analysts note that the film's strong first week has cushioned the second-week drop, ensuring a highly profitable theatrical run.

Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu's digital rights have been acquired by Zee5, and considering factors such as the ongoing exam season and the packed sports calendar, including the cricket World Cup, the third week of February is seen as the most likely window. If current estimates hold, the film is expected to premiere on Zee5 around February 12 or February 19, with the third week of February emerging as the most ideal slot.
