Originally set to debut on streaming platforms like Simply South on October 18, 2024, the film's release has now been postponed due to its ongoing success in theaters.

In an official statement, Simply South explained, "Since Lubber Pandhu is still performing exceptionally well in theaters, we are postponing its streaming release. The new streaming date will be announced later on our social media handles." This delay means that international fans, particularly those outside India, will have to wait longer to watch the film on OTT platforms.

For domestic audiences, there are reports that 'Lubber Pandhu' may be available on Disney+ Hotstar, with speculation suggesting a potential streaming release on November 1, 2024. However, this date has yet to be confirmed. The delay has also been linked to the upcoming merger between Disney+ Hotstar and Jio Cinema, which has affected the scheduling of several releases.
