Linkin Park To Make Historic Debut At Lollapalooza India 2026 In Mumbai

Linkin Park, the renowned American rock band, is gearing up for their first-ever performance in India. They will headline Lollapalooza India 2026 as part of their From Zero World Tour. The event is scheduled at Mumbai's Mahalaxmi Racecourse on January 25, 2026.

The announcement coincided with the start of general ticket sales for Lollapalooza India 2026, which began on August 28 at noon. Fans can choose from standard passes or opt for premium experiences like the VIP Ticket and Lolla Platinum Pass. The VIP Ticket offers a special viewing area near the main stage and access to the VIP Lounge. Meanwhile, the Lolla Platinum Pass includes air-conditioned lounges, shuttle service between entrances, and access to Platinum Pits.

Linkin Park's Return

Linkin Park rose to international fame in the early 2000s with their unique blend of nu-metal and alternative rock. Following Chester Bennington's death in 2017, the band took a seven-year break. They returned in September 2024 with new members Emily Armstrong as co-lead singer and Colin Brittain as drummer. Their comeback album From Zero marked their return to music.

Their From Zero World Tour kicks off on August 29, 2025, in Omaha, US. The tour will continue until June 2026, concluding in Switzerland.

Lollapalooza India's Lineup

The fourth edition of Lollapalooza India will take place over two days, January 24-25, 2026. Previous editions have featured international stars like Sting, Green Day, and Shawn Mendes. Indian artists such as AP Dhillon, Divine, and Raghu Dixit have also graced the stage.

In a message to Indian fans, Mike Shinoda, Linkin Park's lead vocalist said: "India has been somewhere we've wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are incredibly passionate and we can't wait to finally bring our live show to them," as quoted by CNBC.
