Kiccha Sudeep's Mother Passes Away; Bigg Boss Kannada Shoot Impacted

In the early hours of Sunday, Saroja Sanjeev, the mother of renowned actor and 'Bigg Boss Kannada' host Kiccha Sudeep, passed away due to age-related ailments.

She was being treated at Apollo Hospital in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, where she breathed her last around 7 AM. Despite the best efforts of medical professionals, Saroja's condition did not improve, leading to her demise.

Her death has reportedly impacted the shoot of Bigg Boss Kannada which was launched two weeks ago. As a result, the weekend episode had advertisement every 10-12 minutes and it was wrapped up 10 minutes before the schedule time.

To minimize the impact on the show, the channel appears to have extended Saturday's episode into Sunday, ensuring the program continues with minimal disruption.

Coming back to her demise, the loss of Saroja has plunged Sudeep and his family into deep grief. The actor has often shared stories about his mother's influence on his life and career at various public gatherings.

To allow friends, family, and fans to pay their final respects, Saroja's mortal remains will be kept at Sudeep's residence in JP Nagar around noon.

Saroja's roots were embedded in Mangaluru, a detail Sudeep proudly shared during the promotion of his movie 'Vikrant Rona'. He revealed that his mother was a native of Mangaluru with Tulu as her mother tongue.
