Her silence was particularly striking because in 2024, Sara was present for both Raksha Bandhan and Saif's birthday celebrations. She had even shared a warm Instagram post with her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, writing "Happiest Birthday Abba" alongside unseen family pictures that featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Taimur, and Jeh. Kareena herself had reshared those moments, making last year's celebrations a joint family affair.

Fast forward to 2025, and the contrast couldn't be clearer. While Kareena marked Saif's birthday with a symbolic lion post captioned, "To our lion, happy birthday darling husband," Soha Ali Khan dug into nostalgia with an emotional throwback memory.

"You have always given me good advice and I don't think there is anyone else like you," she wrote in a touching note. Saba Ali Khan too joined in, posting a heartfelt throwback and calling her brother a "protective kind brother and hardworking father of four."

Yet, Sara's absence from the digital celebrations raised eyebrows. The actress had also skipped this year's Rakhi festivities with the Pataudi family, where last year she had been photographed tying rakhi to Ibrahim in the presence of Kareena, Taimur, and Jeh. Meanwhile, Saif continues to enjoy a balanced life between his personal and professional worlds. Married to Kareena since 2012, the couple shares two sons, Taimur and Jeh.
