'Kalki 2898 AD' 13-Day Box Office Collection: Here's How Much Prabhas' Film Has Earned Till Date

Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD', which has set the box office on fire in India, has earned Rs 9 crore nett in the country on its 13th day, according to Sacnilk. This brings its total Indian collection to Rs 529.45 crore.

On Day 13, the Hindi version led with Rs 5.75 crore, followed by the Telugu version at Rs 2.05 crore. The Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions earned Rs 0.6 crore, Rs 0.1 crore, and Rs 0.5 crore respectively.

Kalki's Impressive First Week

In its first week, 'Kalki 2898 AD' collected an impressive Rs 414 crore in India. Telugu contributed the most with Rs 212.25 crore, while Hindi added Rs 162.5 crore. Tamil brought in Rs 23.1 crore, Kannada Rs 2.8 crore, and Malayalam Rs 14.2 crore.

On Monday, Vyjayanthi Films announced that Kalki 2898 AD had crossed the Rs 900 crore (GBOC) milestone globally. This achievement makes it only the tenth Indian movie to reach this mark.

Comparing Second Monday Earnings

When compared to other top-grossing Indian films on their second Mondays, 'Kalki''s earnings are lower. 'Dangal' earned Rs 13.45 crore on its second Monday in 2016 and remains the highest-grossing Indian film with a GBOC of Rs 2,070.3 crore.

'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' recorded Rs 30 crore on its second Monday, while RRR earned Rs 20.3 crore. KGF: Chapter 2 and Jawan followed with Rs 19.9 crore and Rs 19.1 crore respectively.

'Kalki 2898 AD' is set in a dystopian world inspired by Hindu scriptures and takes place in the year 2898 AD. The film stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in lead roles.
