The filmmakers are planning a comprehensive promotional strategy to position 'Indian 2' as the biggest cinematic event of the year. Reports suggest that audiences can look forward to a special treat: a glimpse of 'Indian 3' attached to the end credits of 'Indian 2'. This is particularly intriguing as 'Indian' (1996) concluded with a cliffhanger ending.

Also, Kamal Haasan urged the people to exercise their right to vote and shared a poster with the message: "Ek HINDUSTANI. Ek VOTE. Ek AAWAAZ. Become the change you want! VOTE RESPONSIBLY!"
The 1996 blockbuster movie had Manisha Koirala, Urmila Matondkar and Kasthuri Shankar. The actor was seen in two roles as Senapathy and Chandru, a righteous father and a corrupt son.
The film follows an Army veteran who becomes a vigilante to combat corruption and teach bribery-taking officials a lesson. AR Rahman's music for the film was a massive hit.
