Karnataka Crush Rashmika Mandanna, who has become a national sensation after working across the film industry, has spoken about her love for Chennai.

In a post on Instagram, the actress said that she has started the promotions for Tamil movie Kuberaa. "We began our Kuberaa promotions in Chennai, and as most of you know, Chennai holds a very dear place in my heart because of my childhood, so I was very happy. 🤍🧡 That being said.. I laughed so, so much that day.. omg.. what an epic evening it was! ❤️,"the actress said.

The upcoming movie, directed by Sekhar Kammula of Happy Days fame, has Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, Jim Sarbh, Dalip Tahil, Sayaji Shinde, and others in the cast. The Tamil film is scheduled to release worldwide on June 20.

Sharing her experience on working with the movie which also has Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, she claimed, "Sharing the screen with @dhanushkraja sir, #Nagarjuna sir, and being directed by @kammula.sekhar sir, while working with @nikethbommi sir and having music by @thisisdsp ... and the whole direction department, camera department, the light department and the most adorable costume department...it feels like a perfectly seasoned dish, made just for you, with all the right ingredients of magic. ❤️✨

Rashmika, who started her career with Rakshit Shetty's Kirik Party, has worked in leading industries and top stars including Vijay (Varisu), Salman Khan (Sikandar), Vicky Kaushal (Chaava), Allu Arjun (Pushpa 1 and 2), Darshan (Yajamana) and Puneeth Rajkumar (Anjani Putra).

At this stage, she is one of the highly-paid South Indian actresses who commands Rs 4-5 crore, per film.
