'I Am Doing Fine': Esha Deol's First Comment After Announcing Divorce With Bharat Takhtani

Actress Esha Deol made her first appearance since she announced her separation from her husband Bharat Takhtani.

The actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport. When the paparazzi stopped her to take pictures, she obliged their request and asked, "Main theek hoon. Aap log kaese ho (I'm doing well. How are you)?"

She was dressed in a cropped white top, denim pants, and white shoes for her journey. Also, she sported a bucket hat and carried a bag.

Earlier this month, the couple announced their separation with a statement which read: "We have mutually and amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children is and will be of utmost importance to us. We'd appreciate our privacy is respected."

Esha and Bharat first crossed paths during an inter-college competition. A decade later, fate brought them together again in America, reigniting their romance.

They tied the knot in 2012. They have two daughters, Radhya and Miraya.

As far as the work is concerned, Esha made her OTT debut with Ajay Devgn's 'Rudra'.

On the other hand, her mother and actress Hema Malini, in an interview, said that her daughter is interest to foray into politics. She said, "The family is with me all the time. Because of them, I am able to do this. They are taking care of my house in Mumbai, so I am coming to Mathura very easily. I come and go back. Whatever I'm doing, Dharam ji is very happy with that, which is why he supports me and also comes to Mathura."
