How Darshan's Aides Trapped Renukaswamy & Brought Him To Bengaluru From Chitradurga?

Renukaswamy fell victim to a scheme orchestrated by Darshan's associates, who lured him out of his residence using a fabricated online identity before transporting him to Bengaluru.

Reports suggest that a false profile, purportedly belonging to the Chitradurga Darshan Fans' Association, engaged Renukaswamy in conversation, coaxing him to leave his home under false pretenses.

In an attempt to allay suspicion, it's alleged that one of Darshan's aides disguised their voice as a woman while communicating with Renukaswamy.

Subsequently, Renukaswamy was brought to Bengaluru and confined in a warehouse owned by Pattanagere Vinay, located in Kamakshi Palya. Accounts detail a day-long ordeal of physical assault inflicted upon him, ultimately resulting in his demise, as reported by TV9 Kannada.

The discovery of the victim's body in a drainage area of Kamakshi Palya, where it was being scavenged by dogs, marked a grim turn in the case.

Following the voluntary surrender of three individuals on Monday evening, their testimonies led to the arrest of seven more suspects. Eventually, law enforcement uncovered a connection to the actor Darshan.

Recent revelations suggest that Renukaswamy, himself a fan of Darshan, had sent inappropriate messages to Pavithra Gowda, a close friend of the actor. Displeased by Darshan's relationship with Pavithra, Renukaswamy allegedly wanted the actor to remain faithful to his wife, Vijayalakshmi.

The preliminary investigation has revealed that these messages cost him his life.

However, the deceased's family remains clueless about this incident.

Speaking to media, B Dayananda, Bengaluru City Commissioner, said, "The body was discovered on June 9. More than ten people have been arrested in this case. An actor is taken into custody. Action will be taken after the inquiry."

He added, "Deceased Renukaswamy was 33 years old. We will be able to give more information only after further investigation," The preliminary investigation has revealed that the deceased had sent derogatory messages to Darshan's wife, the Bengaluru City Commissioner added.

"The actor was arrested in Mysuru today at 8.30 am by Vijayanagar ACP Chandan. He was at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Mysuru for shooting," the top cop stated.
