He revealed that a single injection for his treatment cost ₹3.55 lakh, with doctors prescribing three such injections per cycle. With each 63-day cycle costing approximately ₹10.5 lakh, his overall treatment was projected to reach an estimated ₹70 lakh.

The appeal prompted an immediate response from the film community and the public. Several Sandalwood celebrities, including actor Dhruva Sarja, came forward to offer financial support.
