A wave of support has poured in from across the film industry and political circles for actor Rajpal Yadav, who is currently facing a difficult phase after surrendering to Tihar Jail in a cheque bounce case.

His emotional admission about severe financial struggles has moved many, prompting actors and political leaders to step forward with words of support and financial assistance.
From film personalities to political figures, several people have now publicly extended help to the veteran actor and his family.

Tej Pratap Yadav Announces ₹11 Lakh Financial Help

Jan Shakti Janata Dal chief Tej Pratap Yadav announced financial support of ₹11 lakh for Rajpal Yadav's family, expressing solidarity during what he described as a difficult time.

Posting on social media, he wrote:

"I just received information about the pain of the family of the honorable Rajpal Yadav ji through the post of my elder brother Rao Inderjeet Yadav ji. In this extremely difficult time, I and my entire JJD family stand in complete empathy and solidarity with their grieving family."

He further added,

"With a spirit of human compassion and support, on behalf of the JJD family, I am providing financial assistance of ₹11,00,000 (eleven lakh rupees) to their family."
The announcement came shortly after appeals for help began circulating online.

Rao Inderjeet Yadav Offers ₹1.11 Crore, Appeals For Support

Senior leader Rao Inderjeet Yadav also shared an emotional video message and announced major financial support for the actor. He said he would provide ₹1.11 crore to help Rajpal Yadav overcome the crisis.

"Just yesterday evening, I learned from social media about the situation with Rajpal bhai... It deeply saddened my heart. What a truly honest-hearted man he is; he said, 'I am going to jail because I don't have money to pay.' What could be more transparent than this?" he said.
Praising Rajpal's contribution to cinema, he added,
"Rajpal Yadav has made the world laugh. He has acted in approximately 100 to 200 films. I don't think there is any film of Rajpal's where his role isn't a significant part of the attraction."

He also announced financial assistance and urged the public to help.
"On behalf of my JAM family, I am giving 1 crore 11 lakh rupees to Rajpal bhai," he said, adding that if the required funds were not arranged in time, he would personally deposit the amount in court to support the actor and his family.

Appealing to citizens and the film industry, he said,
"You all come forward and help him. Whatever your capacity, help that man."

Sonu Sood Offers Film And Signing Amount

Actor Sonu Sood was among the first from the film industry to step forward with support. He announced that Rajpal Yadav would be part of his upcoming film and would receive a signing amount to help him financially.

"Rajpal Yadav is a gifted actor who has given years of unforgettable work to our industry. Sometimes life turns unfair, not because of talent, but because timing can be brutal," Sonu wrote.
He emphasised that the gesture was about dignity, not charity.
"He will be part of my film... A small signing amount, adjustable against future work, is not charity, it's dignity. When one of our own is going through a tough phase, the industry must remind him he's not alone," he added.

Gurmeet Choudhary Calls For Industry Unity

Actor Gurmeet Choudhary also expressed concern and urged the film fraternity to stand together.
"It breaks my heart to see a senior, immensely talented artist like Rajpal Yadav ji going through such a painful phase. He has given us countless smiles, laughter and unforgettable moments. Today, he needs us," he said.

Calling for collective action, he added,
"As a fellow actor and as a human being, I am stepping forward to help in whatever way I can. Our industry is a family. And family does not abandon its own."

Rajpal Yadav's Emotional Words Before Surrender

Before surrendering to Tihar Jail, Rajpal Yadav spoke openly about his financial crisis and helplessness. His words struck a chord with many across the country.

"Sir, kya karoon? Mere paas paise nahin hain. Aur koi upaay nahin dikhta... Sir, yahan hum sab akele hain," he said, expressing that he had no money and felt alone in dealing with the situation.
