According to a report by Pinkvilla, the director duo Raj & DK are currently busy with another project titled Rakht Brahmand. Once that wraps up, they will kickstart pre-production work for Farzi 2, with filming scheduled to begin in December 2025. If all goes according to plan, the makers are aiming for a release in the second half of 2026.

Farzi's first season ended on a high note with a tense cliffhanger, hinting at an explosive face-off between Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi, and Kay Kay Menon. Season 2 is expected to take that conflict to the next level with more action, drama, and suspense.
