Drishyam 3 Dominates Worldwide Box Office, Surpasses Rs 100 Crore In Just 3 Days; Check Net Collection

Drishyam 3 has witnessed remarkable growth at the box office within just three days of its release, crossing the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide. The film hit theatres on May 21 and features Mohanlal in the lead role in the highly anticipated thriller franchise.

Although the film received mixed reviews from critics, it has continued to attract large audiences across both domestic and international markets.

The Film's Earnings Around The World

According to estimates by Sacnilk, the film's global earnings reached approximately Rs 117.17 crore by the end of its opening weekend.

After collecting Rs 15.85 crore on its opening day and Rs 11.05 crore on Day 2, the film witnessed a strong jump in collections on Saturday.

On Day 3, the thriller earned Rs 13.70 crore net in India, reflecting a growth of nearly 24 percent.

The film was screened in 5,185 shows across the country on the same day.

In India, the film has so far earned a net collection of Rs 40.60 crore, while its gross collection stands at Rs 47.17 crore.

Overseas markets have also significantly boosted the film's performance.
On Day 3 alone, the movie reportedly grossed Rs 25 crore internationally, taking its overseas total to nearly Rs 70 crore.

Which Version Of The Film Is Dominating?

The film's business is largely dominated by its Malayalam version.
The Malayalam version earned Rs 11.65 crore net from 3,114 shows and registered a strong overall occupancy rate of 66.52 percent, with evening and night shows witnessing especially high footfall.

Meanwhile:

• The Telugu version contributed Rs 1.20 crore
• The Tamil version added Rs 0.60 crore
• The Kannada version earned around Rs 25 lakh
• Kerala Leads The Box Office Performance

Kerala remained the film's strongest market, generating Rs 9.25 crore gross on Day 3 alone.

Karnataka emerged as the second-biggest contributor with Rs 2.50 crore, followed by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, which together added Rs 1.50 crore.

Tamil Nadu also delivered steady numbers, contributing Rs 1.45 crore gross to the overall total.
