Did Balakrishna Order For Removal Of Junior NTR's Banner? Viral Video Shows

Actor-turned-politician Balakrishna has triggered a controversy after a video of a banner of his nephew and actor Junior NTR being removed went viral at the NTR's memorial on Thursday.

Reports in the Telugu media claim that the banner was removed on the orders of Balakrishna. The clip of Balakrishna's visit to the NTR's memorial on his 28th death anniversary has gone viral.

This incident triggered speculation about the rift in the family.

After actively campaigning for the TDP in the 2009 elections, Junior NTR distanced himself from politics and focused on his film Feeling sidelined by the TDP after the 2019 elections, the actor was reportedly disappointed and opted to distance himself from the party.

Hence, he did not give any statement when N Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in the skills scam in September, last year. This is believed to have widened the gap.

When Balakrishna was asked about Junior NTR's silence over Naidu's arrest, he had indicated that he does not care whether anybody reacts or not.

On the work front, Balakrishna will be next seen in the movie, directed by Bobby. Whereas the 'RRR' star will be seen next in 'Devara: Part 1', directed by Koratala Siva. He will be making his Bollywood debut with Hrithik Roshan's 'War 2'.
