Dhananjaya's Marriage: Wedding Rituals Of Kannada Actor Underway In Mysuru [See Pics]

The wedding rituals of popular Kannada actor Dhananjaya, fondly known as "Daali," with his longtime girlfriend, Dr. Dhanyatha Gauraklar is underway at the Dasara Exhibition Grounds in Mysuru on Saturday. The intimate ceremony is being attended by close family and friends.

For 'Bale Shastra', Dhananjaya opted for a traditional white veshti and shirt, while the bride, Dhanyatha, looked radiant in a classic saree. The wedding festivities began with family rituals over the past few days.

Their Haldi ceremony took place on February 14, where Dhananjaya performed the age-old ritual of walking across burning coals, while Dhanyatha celebrated her mehendi ceremony in a stunning green ensemble with intricate henna designs.

Big Stars To Attend Dhananjaya's Wedding

Many big names from Sandalwood are expected to attend the wedding reception to be held today evening. He has invited big names from the Kannada film industry that includes Shivaraj Kumar, Kiccha Sudeep, Rashmika Mandanna along with Telugu stars like Chiranjeevi and Allu Arjun.

In a special gesture, fans have also been invited to be part of the celebrations. They can enter through the Vidyapati gate in Mysuru, with the reception set to take place on February 15 at 6 PM. Parking facilities will be available at Dodda Kere, opposite the Mysore Exhibition Grounds, from 7 AM to 10 AM on February 16.

Dhananjaya, who made his acting debut with Director's Special (2013), gained recognition for his performance as Allama Prabhu in Allama (2017). His major breakthrough came with Tagaru (2018), where his role as a menacing villain earned him the title "Daali."

He later ventured into production with Badava Rascal.
