Soon after, he broke down and shared that his mother was suffering from last-stage cancer. He showed hospital bills to explain his situation. Bhardwaj later wrote in the video caption that after seeing Vishal's condition, he could not bring himself to ask for any money.

He added that he would get the car repaired on his own and consider it his way of helping someone in need. The actor is also seen hugging Vishal, offering comfort during an emotional moment.

According to Bhardwaj, the delivery executive received around Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 in donations.

Bhardwaj revealed that Vishal offered to use the donated money to fix the car, but the actor refused. He told him clearly that the money was meant only for his mother's treatment and that the car was not his responsibility.
