Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are gearing up for a major life milestone next month as they prepare to welcome their first child. The celebrity couple is also excited to move into their newly completed sea-facing home in Bandra, Mumbai. According to a MoneyControl report, their new residence is nearing completion and is poised to be a grand addition to their property portfolio.

The couple's new abode is a luxurious quadraplex situated on Bandra Bandstand, close to Shah Rukh Khan's iconic home, Mannat. Spanning across 11,266 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace space, the property occupies four floors-ranging from the 16th to the 19th floor-of the building, as reported by Hindustan Times.

With an estimated value of over ₹100 crore, this opulent residence reflects the couple's taste for grandeur. Additionally, they had acquired a bungalow in Alibaug worth ₹22 crore in 2021, further expanding their real estate investments.

Exciting Projects Ahead

Deepika and Ranveer's professional lives are also buzzing with activity. The couple, who first met and began dating on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 2013 hit, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, have shared screen space in several successful films, including Bajirao Mastani and Finding Fanny.

Their on-screen chemistry will soon be rekindled in Rohit Shetty's upcoming cop drama, Singham Again.
