Tamil actor Mansoor Ali Khan, who recently lent an apology to Trisha over his controversial comments against her, has reportedly announced that he will be sending a legal notice to her along with Chiranjeevi and NCW member and actress Khushbu Sundar.

A few days ago, Khan said: "Forgive me Trisha, my colleague in the film industry." Against the background of him appearing before police for inquiry after an FIR was filed against him, Khan said he expressed regret to the police officer when he was told that Krishnan had been anguished over his comment.

In a statement, he said he prayed to the Almighty to give him an opportunity to 'bless' Krishnan at the time of her wedding. He also praised women and their role in the society.

The actors' association, known as the 'Nadigar Sangam', strongly condemned actor Mansoor Ali Khan for his comments against Krishnan and demanded that he make a public apology.

The SIAA had said Khan's comment 'in the name of comedy,' was objectionable and disrespectful against Trisha . Also, the reference he had made to two other actresses, Khushbu and Roja, was also objectionable and similar in nature, the actors' body had said.

What Did He Say?
In an interview, Khan had said that he had signed Vijay's 'Leo' believing that he would get "bedroom" scenes with Trisha, but the makers did not even show her on the sets. "When I heard that I was acting with Trisha, I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought that I could carry her to the bedroom just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes in a number of movies and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the Kashmir schedule," ANI quoted him as saying.

His comments have been widely condemned by netizens. Bharatiya Janata Party leader and member of the National Commission for Women (NCW) Khushbu Sundar has said that actiuon will be taken against him. "As a member of NCW, I have already taken up the issue of Mansoor Ali Khan with my senior and will be taking an action on it. Nobody can get away with such a filthy mind. I stand with @trishtrashers and my other colleagues where this man speaks in such a sexist disgusting mindset about them, including me," Sundar posted on X. "When we are fighting tooth and nail to protect women and bring dignity to them, such men are like a bot in our society," the BJP leader added in his post.

Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi condemned the Tamil actor's comments and extended his support. He said, "My attention was drawn to some reprehensible comments made by actor Mansoor Ali Khan about Trisha.

The comments are distasteful and disgusting not just for an Artiste but for any woman or girl. These comments must be condemned in the strongest words. They reek of perversion.

I stand with @trishtrashers and every woman who has to be subject to such horrid comments."
