Darshan's The Devil Trailer Release Date & Time Revealed

The makers of Darshan's much-anticipated film The Devil have officially announced the release date of its trailer. The trailer will be unveiled on December 5 at 10:05 a.m., with the news shared through the actor's social media account.

To mark the announcement, a 22-second teaser clip was released on Monday, featuring a hand snapping fingers, followed by Darshan's voice delivering the line, "Naan bartha edini china" (I am coming!).

The film itself is scheduled to hit theatres on December 11, after multiple delays. The postponements were largely attributed to the Renuka Swamy murder case, in which Darshan is currently in jail.

Before his bail was cancelled, the actor had completed the remaining portions of the shoot. In his absence, promotional responsibilities have been taken over by his wife, Vijayalakshmi, who is spearheading the publicity campaign.

The film's first track, Idre Nemdiyaag Irbek, has already struck a chord with fans. Composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, with vocals by Deepak Blue and lyrics penned by Aniruddha Sastri, the upbeat number has received praise from both fans and celebrities. Darshan himself appears in the video, dancing to the lively beats, which has further boosted excitement around the project.

Directed by Prakash Veer, known for Taraka and Milana, The Devil features an ensemble cast including Rachana Rai, Mahesh Manjrekar, Achyuth Kumar, and Sharmila Mandre. With the trailer set to drop this week and the film's release now locked, anticipation among fans continues to build despite the controversies surrounding the lead actor.
