Daggubatis Still Follow Samantha On Insta, Not Sobhita Dhulipala Even After Engagement: All Is Not Well?

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala recently got engaged in a traditional ceremony held in Hyderabad. While the engagement was a significant event, it has now triggered a speculation regarding the Daggubati family's response to the development.

A recent social media post highlighted an intriguing detail: Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana Daggubati, and his sister Malavika Daggubati, along with Aashritha Daggubati, are not following Sobhita Dhulipala on Instagram. In contrast, they continue to follow Naga Chaitanya's ex-wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Chaitanya and Samantha were married from 2017 to 2021, and their separation was a topic of much public interest, a report in Republic TV website noted.

The absence of the Daggubati family from Chaitanya and Sobhita's engagement celebrations has fueled rumours of a possible rift between the Akkineni and Daggubati families. Notably, the only Daggubati family member present at the engagement was Chaitanya's mother, Lakshmi, who attended with her second husband, Sarath Vijayaraghavan.

Netizens have pointed out that Rana Daggubati and his sisters were conspicuously absent from the engagement photos, adding to the speculation about strained relations between the two families.
