Diwakar has recentlu filed a formal police complaint at the Nasrathpettai police station and subsequently at the Chennai Police Commissioner's office against three prominent CWC personalities: Ma Ka Pa Anand (Host), Pugazh (Comali), and Gaana Vinoth (Comali).

Physical Assault: Diwakar alleged that during a shoot at the EVP Film City, Ma Ka Pa Anand, who was reportedly in an inebriated state, attacked him with an iron rod, causing an injury to his leg.

Harassment and Verbal Abuse: He claimed that Pugazh was unhappy with his presence on the show, fearing that Diwakar's performance might overshadow his own. He also accused Gaana Vinoth of using derogatory language and making demeaning comments about his family.

Death Threats: Following the initial police complaint, Diwakar alleged that he received death threats from Gaana Vinoth, claiming that Vinoth warned him he would not be able to work in Chennai due to his "connections."

Ma Ka Pa Anand said, "During the shoot, Diwakar was misbehaving with many female contestants. He approached a contestant's wife and asked "You have lived with him for many years, why don't you come with me." Such shameful words hurt everyone on the sets. We advised him not to do it, and then the Channel Management asked him to walk out."

"He had done the same with a serial actress at Andakaagasam show. He was thrown out midway for such cheap activities."

When asked about being drunk at show, Ma Ka Pa got emotional and said, "It's totally unfair for you all to ask me this question. I am working 18 hours a day, and do you think channel will allow me to do it."
