Congress Leader Files Complaint Against Allu Arjun Over 'Pushpa 2' Scene Disrespecting Police
Allu Arjun, the Telugu film superstar, has found himself in hot water once again, as Congress leader Theenmar Mallanna has filed a police complaint accusing the actor and the makers of Pushpa 2: The Rise of insulting the police force.
The complaint centers around a controversial scene from the movie where Allu Arjun's character urinates in a swimming pool while a police officer is present. Mallanna described the scene as "disrespectful" and "degrading" to law enforcement officers, calling for strict action against the filmmakers involved.

Tragic Incident at Movie Premiere Leads to Further Backlash
This latest controversy comes on the heels of another incident involving the film's premiere at Hyderabad's Sandhya Theatre on December 4. A stampede broke out during the event, tragically resulting in the death of a woman and leaving her eight-year-old son in critical condition. The incident drew attention after it was revealed that the police had denied permission for the event. Despite this, Allu Arjun attended, which led to his arrest. The actor was later granted bail.
Fresh Notice for Questioning
The police in Telangana have issued a fresh notice to Allu Arjun, demanding his appearance for questioning regarding both the Pushpa 2 scene and the stampede incident. The questioning is set to take place on Tuesday at 11 AM. Meanwhile, Bhaskar, the husband of the deceased woman, has indicated that he may drop the case against the actor. This development, however, has not dampened the political controversy surrounding the case.
Protests and Political Tensions
In addition to the legal issues, violent protests erupted outside Allu Arjun's residence on Sunday, with demonstrators throwing tomatoes and damaging property. The situation has taken a political turn, with opposition parties such as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) accusing the Congress-led government of mishandling the protests. According to these parties, some of the protesters involved in the attack on Allu Arjun's house are allegedly linked to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's Kodangal assembly constituency.
The actor now faces not only legal challenges but also a growing political storm. The ongoing developments make it clear that Allu Arjun's involvement in these controversies will continue to capture public attention, with his reputation and future projects hanging in the balance.
