Chaitra Kundapura Comes Out Of Bigg Boss Kannada House; Is She Evicted From Sudeep's Show?

RSS pracharak Chaitra Kundapura has come out of Bigg Boss Kannada 8 house to appear before a court in connection with a cheating case.

The case involves allegations that she duped businessman Govind Babu Poojary of ₹5 crore by promising to secure him a BJP ticket to contest from Udupi district's Byndoor constituency during the 2023 assembly elections. The next hearing is scheduled for January 13, 2024.

Is she evicted from the show?

As per the reports, Chaitra has not been evicted from the Sudeep-hosted show and she has reentered the house after appearing before the court.

The controversy stems from Poojary's claim that he paid the amount in installments to Chaitra and her associates after being introduced to a man posing as an RSS pracharak who promised to facilitate the ticket. However, when the alleged pracharak was later reported dead, Poojary discovered that no such person existed. Upon demanding his money back, Poojary alleges he faced threats of suicide from Chaitra and her associates.

Chaitra and five of her accomplices were arrested earlier by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) after a detailed investigation. The arrests were made following a tip-off that led authorities to Chaitra in Udupi. Her arrest and subsequent revelations highlight the complexities of political manipulation and trust exploitation. Known for her fiery speeches and activism in Karnataka, Chaitra's ongoing legal battle continues to draw public and media attention.

Meanwhile, Shobha Shetty, who had entered the show as a wildcard entrant two weeks ago, has been evicted from Sudeep-hosted Bigg Boss Kannada 8 she wished to go out of the show.

As a result, Aishwarya and Shishir turned safe. The show, hosted by Sudeep, was launched on September 29 with 17 contestants. Gouthami Jadav, Lawyer Jagadish, Chaitra Kundapur, Gold Suresh, Anusha Rai, Hamsa Prathap, Manasa Tukali Santhosh, Aishwarya Sindhogi, Ugramm Manju, Bhavya Gowda, Ranjith Kumar, Yamuna Srinidhi, Trivikram, Dhanraj Achar, Shishir Shastry, Dharma Keerthiraj and Mokshita Pai are the contestants who entered the house.
