This news was shared on Instagram by the makers and lead actors Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, and Divyendu Sharma. They posted a short teaser of the upcoming crime action drama, captioned, "Ab bhaukaal bhi bada hoga, aur parda bhi. #MirzapurTheFilm, coming soon."

The teaser opens with Pankaj Tripathi's character, Kaleen Bhaiya, discussing the significance of power. Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit and Divyendu as Munna Bhaiya also appear, urging viewers to watch their epic saga in theatres. Abhishek Banerjee will return as Compounder in this film.
