Bigg Boss Kannada Shoot Resumes In Jollywood Studios, Sudeep Thanks DK Shivakumar

Filming for Bigg Boss Kannada Season 12 has resumed at Jollywood studio after environmental compliance issues were addressed. DK Shivakumar's intervention and Kiccha Sudeep's advocacy facilitated the continuation of production while ensuring adherence to KSPCB guidelines.

Filming for Bigg Boss Kannada Season 12 has recommenced at Jollywood Studios in Bidadi following a temporary halt due to environmental compliance issues.

Actor and host Kiccha Sudeep has thanked Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar who was instrumental in lifting the seal on the studio. This move ensures that while environmental standards set by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) are upheld, the production of Bigg Boss Kannada can proceed.

DK Shivakumar announced via a tweet that he had instructed the Bangalore South District Magistrate to remove the blockade on Jollywood premises.

Shivakumar reiterated that despite Bigg Boss Kannada's resumption, adherence to KSPCB's environmental norms is mandatory for the studio. In a post on X, he wrote, "I have directed the Deputy Commissioner of Bengaluru South District to lift the seal on Jollywood premises in Bidadi, where Bigg Boss Kannada is being filmed.

While environmental compliance remains a top priority, the studio will be given time to address violations in accordance with the norms set by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board."

The minister further stated that he is committed to supporting the Kannada entertainment industry, while also upholding our responsibility toward environmental protection.

Support from Kiccha Sudeep

Kiccha Sudeep personally took the matter to political figures, including DK Shivakumar to sort out the issue. However, the actor has expressed his gratitude towards Nalpad for facilitating communication with authorities. In an X post, he thanked everyone involved for their support.

Thanking the Karnataka minister, Sudeep said, "I sincerely thank Hon.@DKShivakumar sir for the timely support. Also want to thank the concerned authorities for acknowledging that #BBK was not involved or was a part of the recent chaos or disturbances.

On the other hand, the contestants who were temporarily housed at Eagleton Resort have returned to the Bigg Boss house following these developments. Although other activities at Jollywood studio remain paused, Bigg Boss Kannada has been granted permission to continue separately. This allows fans to enjoy the new season without disruption while adhering to environmental regulations.
