Bhojpuri Actor Amrita Pandey Found Dead At Her Residence, Uploads Cryptic Post Hours Before Death

Popular Bhojpuri actress Amrita Pandey was found dead at her apartment in Bhagalpur in Bihar on Saturday (April 27).

According to reports, she used her saree to hang herself from the ceiling fan. Although the cops have not found a suicide note at her home, reports indicate that she posted a cryptic message on social media hours before her ending her life.

The WhatsApp message read, "Kyun do naov par sawaar thi uski zindagi, humne naov dubakar uska safar aasaan kar diya... (Their life was on two boats, we made their path easier by sinking our boat)"

Amrita Pandey had been residing in Mumbai with her husband.

She had been living in Mumbai with her husband. She had gone to Bhagalpur to attend a family wedding and decided to extend her stay for a few days, according to a report in Times Now.

On the night of the incident, she stayed up late and posted a cryptic message on her WhatsApp status. Sadly, she was found dead in her room a few hours later.

As per her family members, she was battling depression and worried about her career.

She had tied the knot to Mumbai-based animation engineer Chandramani Jhangad in 2022 who was originally from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. She was last seen in the web series 'Pratishodh'. Also, she had worked with Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav in the film 'Deewanapan'.
