Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’s Aasif Sheikh Collapses On Set, Breaks Silence On Health Scare

Television actor Aasif Sheikh, best known for his role in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, recently collapsed on set while filming in Dehradun due to severe sciatica pain. The actor has now addressed the incident, sharing details about what happened and providing an update on his health.

Aasif was shooting an intense fight sequence for the popular sitcom when he suddenly fell ill and collapsed. A source told Zoom that the shoot was physically demanding, involving intense action scenes. During one such sequence, Aasif felt unwell and collapsed on set. After receiving initial medical attention, he was immediately flown to Mumbai for further treatment.

Aasif Sheikh has been a part of the television industry for decades, beginning his career with Hum Log, India's first soap opera. He has starred in several iconic TV shows, including Yes Boss, Dill Mill Gayye, and Chidiya Ghar.

Apart from television, Aasif has made his mark in Bollywood with roles in films such as Haseena Maan Jaayegi, Jodi No.1, Karan Arjun, Ek Phool Teen Kante, and Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar.

Currently, he is a key cast member of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, one of India's longest-running comedy sitcoms, alongside Rohitash Gaud, Shubhangi Atre, and Vidisha Srivastava. The show airs on &TV and is also available for streaming on ZEE5.
