B Praak Drops BeerBiceps Podcast After Outrage Over Offensive Remark

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, is under fire for an inappropriate remark made on Samay Raina's show, India's Got Latent. Despite issuing an apology, the controversy continues to escalate, prompting singer B Praak to withdraw from a scheduled appearance on Ranveer's podcast.

Taking to Instagram, B Praak strongly condemned the YouTuber's statement, calling it "pathetic" and questioning the kind of content being promoted under the guise of comedy. "I was supposed to be on BeerBiceps' podcast, but we canceled it. Why? Because we all see how flawed his thinking is," he stated. The singer also criticized Ranveer for engaging in offensive discussions that, he argued, do not align with Indian cultural values.

B Praak further pointed out the contradiction between Ranveer's public image and his controversial remarks. "You promote Sanatan Dharma, you invite renowned personalities and spiritual leaders-yet your mindset is so problematic?" he questioned. He urged influencers to be more responsible, warning against normalizing such conversations, especially for young audiences.

As the backlash intensifies, an older clip featuring comedian Tanmay Bhat has resurfaced, adding fuel to the fire. In the viral video, Tanmay calls out Ranveer's so-called spiritual detachment, labeling him a "views-obsessed capitalist." Mocking Ranveer's claims of renouncing materialistic pursuits while frequently launching new ventures, he remarked, "Itna jhootha aadmi hai bhai ye baap re" (He is such a big liar).

The controversy erupted when Ranveer posed an inappropriate and offensive question to a contestant on India's Got Latent, sparking widespread criticism. With public outrage mounting and political figures weighing in, the repercussions for the influencer appear far from over.
