She also follows a vegetarian diet, ensuring she gets the right amount of protein while strictly avoiding sugar and artificial sweeteners.

"She believes in pushing herself every day to reach new fitness goals, proving that consistency is the key to strength. With leg days being her absolute favorite, she leads by example with every step she takes," states Her Circle.
