Ashneer Grover Takes Another Dig At Salman Khan, Uorfi Javed Responds

Former 'Shark Tank India' judge Ashneer Grover is back in the headlines, this time for taking yet another swipe at Salman Khan.

This follows their heated exchange on 'Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar' in November 2024, where Khan had confronted Grover over his previous remarks.

Despite having apologised to Salman, Grover has now reignited the controversy, claiming that the actor has unnecessarily picked a fight with him.

The drama does not stop there! Uorfi Javed, known for her outspoken nature, could not resist commenting on Grover's viral video. Taking to her Instagram story, she wrote, '"Bas ab ye Salman k samne bol k dikha! This guy Salman's competition?"' (Let him say this in front of Salman! Is this guy really competition for Salman?)

A widely circulated video on social media shows Ashneer Grover addressing students at NIT Kurukshetra, where he hit back at Salman Khan's claim that he did not even know his name.

In the video, Ashneer can be heard saying, "Faltu ka panga leke apna competition khada kiya usne. Main toh shanti se gaya tha jab mereko bulaya. Ab drama create karna ke liye aap kisiko bol do, arey main toh aapse mila hi nahi. I don't even know your name. Abey naam nahi jaanta toh bulaaya kyun tha?" (He unnecessarily created competition by picking a fight. I had gone peacefully when I was invited. And now, to stir up drama, he is telling everyone, 'Oh, I never even met you. I don't even know your name.' If you did not know my name, then why did you invite me?).

Ashneer Grover Challenges Salman Khan's Claim of Not Having Met

On 'Bigg Boss 18', Salman Khan had stated that he had never met Ashneer Grover before.

Refuting this claim, Ashneer remarked, "Aur ek baat main bata deta hun. Tum agar meri company ke brand ambassador the toh aisa nahi ho sakta ki tum merese bina mile brand ambassador ban gaye. Mai bhi kamino ki tarah hi company chalata tha. Everything had to go through me." (And let me tell you one more thing. If you were the brand ambassador of my company, there is no way you could have taken on that role without meeting me. I ran my company like a ruthless person. Everything had to go through me).
