Ashish Chanchlani Steps Out for Holi Party After India’s Got Latent Controversy

Ashish Chanchlani recently stepped out in public for the first time since getting caught up in India's Got Latent controversy. The incident, which sparked backlash last month, involved inappropriate comments made on the show. On Friday, Ashish was spotted heading to a Holi party in Mumbai, marking his first public appearance since the controversy unfolded.

A video shared by paparazzi on Instagram captured Ashish arriving at the party alongside filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor and Pragya Kapoor. Dressed in a white tee and black trousers, Ashish was covered in festive colors as he smiled and waved at the cameras before stepping inside.

Earlier this month, Ashish posted a heartfelt video on Instagram, addressing his fans and asking them to keep him and his family in their prayers. In the emotional clip, he said, "Hello doston, kaise ho aap log? I know, I've read your messages-things are happening. I thought about speaking to you through a story, but honestly, I don't even know what to say. We'll get through this. We've seen tough times before, and we'll learn something from this too."

Ashish had appeared as a guest on the controversial episode alongside comedian Samay Raina, where YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia made an offensive remark. During the show, Ranveer posed an inappropriate question to a contestant, which, although met with laughter in the moment, sparked outrage on social media. The backlash led to multiple FIRs being filed against the show's creators and participants, drawing criticism from both politicians and the public.

While Ashish hasn't spoken directly about his involvement, his recent Holi appearance and emotional message suggest he's trying to move forward from the controversy. Fans continue to show their support as he navigates this challenging time.
