Why Are Chandan Shetty-Nivedita Gowda Getting Divorced? Here's What Couple Told The Court
Celebrity couple Chandan Shetty and Niveditha Gowda have decided to end their four-year marriage as they recently filed for divorce. The couple submitted their divorce petition under Section 13B on Thursday and appeared before the court on Friday to formalize the process.
During the court proceedings, Chandan Shetty reportedly stated, "We have mutually agreed to part ways,"

At this time, the judge asked why you decided to separate. The couple replied, "We have differences. We have our dreams about our careers. So, we are happy to agree to take separate ways."
Following their statements, the judge requested them to wait, and they were observed sitting calmly on the premises, seemingly unaffected by the situation.
A viral video captured the couple walking hand in hand at the court premises.
Chandan Shetty and Nivedita Gowda fell in love during their stint in 'Bigg Boss Kannada 5'. After being in love for a few years, the rapper proposed her at Mysuru Dasara in 2019, which had created a controversy. In February 2020, they had tied the knot.
However, beneath the facade of happiness and harmony, fissures appeared in their relationship, leading to the decision to part ways legally. The announcement of their divorce has stunned fans who adored their sweet moments and viewed them as one of the most adorable couples from the reality show, reports claim.
From their heartwarming friendship in the 'Bigg Boss house' to their lavish wedding, Chandan and Niveditha consistently set standards for relationship goals, captivating audiences with their affectionate gestures.
However, Chandan and Niveditha often became targets of online trolling and memes due to their frequent sharing of intimate moments on social media platforms.
Nonetheless, the couple are yet to break the silence over the separation.
