Andhra King Taluka Movie Review What s Good What s Bad In Upendra s Film

The movie had garnered a lot of buzz with its promos. Will it live up to the viewers' expectations? Find out here:

Venky Reviews: #AndhraKingTaluka A Satisfactory Fanism/Love Story that's predictable and too lengthy, yet maintains a decent feel-good vibe throughout!

The film blends a hero & fan track with a love story to form an interesting drama. Both halves stay true to the core storyline and offer a few genuinely pleasant moments, but the pacing feels stretched at times. The conflict and resolution unfold in predictable ways, yet the emotional beats around them are handled decently. The dialogues stand out as the film's biggest strength. The length could use trimming.

Director Mahesh delivers another heartfelt drama, though the narration could've definitely been tighter.

RAPO is superb and carries the character with ease. Upendra is perfectly cast as the hero and justifies the role well. The rest of the cast performs well especially Rao Ramesh.

Though predictable and too lengthy, the film is sincere and offers enough genuine moments to be given a try.

Rating: 2.75/5

Nani: Excellent movie, RAPO anna acting matram super anipinchindhi, emotional scenes, heartfelt drama scenes, pure fanism tho chesaru cinema

India Flick:#AndhraKingTaluka ~ 2/5 ~ Unrealistic approach where emotions look fake.

It looks grand visually and lead keeps the screen lively. A few scenes work well but the story lacks emotional pull and feels slow throughout.

The ending is just fine, leaving the film to ok watch.

Telugu360: When cinema, fandom, and emotion come together ,this is what you get. 👍👍

An excellent film. The second half is filled with many emotional scenes. The film beautifully captures that indescribable bond between star heroes and their mass fans. It has a honest story, a strong social cause, sacrifice, motivation, and inspiration all blended well. AKT is one of the best films made about film stars. Every hero, every film-industry person, and every hardcore fanboy will feel deeply connected to the film. Hats off to the story and dialogue writer, director P. Mahesh Babu.

The hero (Upendra) - fan (Ram) thread and sentiment worked very well.

The two songs are very pleasant and poetic.

The chemistry between Hero Ram and Heroine Bhagyashri worked out well. Rao Ramesh's temple scene and Ramayana analogy dialogues stand as a testimony to the director's skill.

AKT is easily Ram' s career best performance. Watch him at his best. Bhagyasree is turning out star heroine stature. Upendra is perfect fit as starhero "Annayya " . His characterization reminds Megastar Chiranjeevi. ( Minus the struggle)

The background score and production values are very good.

Flip side : First half is ordinary, overall pacing is bit slow

A good watch for families and filmy youth. This film may win few awards as well.

Go and Watch.

Sharat Chandra: #AndhraKingTaluka is a good watch this weekend!

The first half sets up the conflict well and lands a strong interval. The love track is heartfelt, and the second half brings sincere emotional moments that connect.

Ram delivers an honest, standout performance and truly showcases his range. He's one actor who can do everything - he deserved this film.

Rao Ramesh, Bhagyashri, and Murali Sharma add depth with strong supporting roles. The music elevates the film every song works beautifully on screen. The director's writing and sincerity shine throughout.

Gulte: #AndhraKingTaluka - Heartwarming

Right from the word go, the film never deviates from its core plot. It is the story of Fan who can go to any extent for his favourite hero and it is told in an engaging manner with great music & well-written dialogues. Especially, the drama in the second half is very engaging and emotional. Rao Ramesh's inspiring dialogues and song about Ramayanam in the second half and the climax worked out very well in favour of the film. More importantly, every fan out there irrespective of the fandom, is likely to connect with a few thought-provoking dialogues in the film. The good thing about the dialogues in the film is that most of them are thought-provoking but not preachy.

On the flip side, the pace in the first half hour of the film is very slow. The proceedings during the first hour unfold at a very leisurely pace. Better editing in the first half would have made the film even better.

Overall, Andhra King Taluka is an honest film that sticks to its core point throughout & it is told engagingly in most parts. The wait for a hit film is over for Ram Pothineni.
