According to Ameesha, her flight was about to land in Dubai when the UAE airspace was suddenly closed following fresh missile and drone threats. The aircraft was then diverted to Muscat for safety.

In one of her posts, she mentioned that it had already been over 24 hours since leaving New York, and she was still waiting to reach Mumbai. She shared photos from the airport lounge with her team, highlighting the long and tiring wait.
