Akshay Kumar's 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' Release Delayed By A Day

The release plans of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' have been delayed by a day.

The movie, which was supposed to hit the screens on Wednesday, will now released on Thursday. The paid preview of the movie on Wednesday have also been postponed.

Why did the movie release get delayed?

Speaking to Zoom, director Ali Abbas Zafar said, "We want to come on the Eid holiday. This is not a paid-preview kind of film, lots of twists and turns in the plot."

According to him, the Eid date delayed the release. Ali said, "It is all because Eid was uncertain. We got clarity only yesterday (Monday). Hope you enjoy the film."

The story of the Hinid movie revolves around elite soldiers Firoz and Rakesh who undertake a worldwide mission to retrieve a stolen weapon from Kabir, a vengeful scientist determined to harness AI for India's destruction.

It is an action thriller in which Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran and Sonakshi Sinha have also acted.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff visited the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi prior to the release of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.' They documented their visit on Instagram, offering a glimpse to their followers. The video showcased Akshay and Tiger paying respects to the priest before entering the temple. Dressed in traditional attire, they prayed to the various deities within the temple. Akshay also extended his wishes to fans for Gudi Padwa and Navratri in the video's caption.

"Got the opportunity to visit the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, it was an absolutely divine experience. और हाँ, नवरात्रि, गुड़ी पड़वा और उगादि की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएँ. May these auspicious occasions bring joy, prosperity, and new beginnings to you and your loved ones!" the message read.

The movie will now be locking horns with Ajay Devgn's 'Maidaan'.
