After Marriage, Sobhita Dhulipala Signs Her First Big Project And It's Not In Telugu
Actress Sobhita Dhulipala, who tied the knot with Telugu star Naga Chaitanya earlier this year, had recently embarked on a spiritual sojourn across Tamil Nadu.

The Made in Heaven star shared glimpses of her temple visits on Instagram, showcasing the serene beauty of the state. While she kept the exact locations under wraps, the architectural details in her photos suggest she visited the ancient temples of Kumbakonam.
Adding to her exciting personal journey, Dhulipala has now bagged a big project Tamil cinema. Reports indicate she will star in acclaimed director Pa Ranjith's upcoming project, Vettuvam, alongside Gethu Dinesh. For unversed, Pa Ranjith is a director of acclaimed movies like Madras starring Karthi and Rajinikanth's Kabali and Kaala.

The upcoming film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Ashok Selvan and Fahadh Faasil in key supporting roles. Fans have lauded the actress for bagging such a prestigious project, marking another milestone in her expanding South Indian filmography.
Though Dhulipala gained widespread recognition through her OTT performances, particularly in Made in Heaven, she has been steadily making her mark in regional cinema. Vettuvam could serve as the perfect platform to cement her presence in the Tamil film industry.
Sobitha, who was last seen in Love, Sitara, is also gearing up for the release of the Telugu action thriller G2, starring alongside Adivi Sesh and Emraan Hashmi.
Before her acting career took off, Dhulipala made headlines as the runner-up at Femina Miss India Earth 2013, later representing India at Miss Earth 2013. She made her cinematic debut in Anurag Kashyap's Raman Raghav 2.0 (2016) and has since delivered notable performances across languages, including Goodachari (Telugu), Moothon (Malayalam), and the magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan duology (Tamil). Her versatility extends to international projects as well, with her recent appearance in the Hollywood action thriller Monkey Man (2024).
