After Apartment Purchase, Kajol Invests Rs 7.64 Crore In Prime Mumbai Office Space

Bollywood actress Kajol, known for her ventures in films and OTT platforms, recently acquired a large apartment in Mumbai. Now, reports suggest she has also invested in an office space in Andheri, a posh suburb of Mumbai.

According to Propstack, the actress finalised the deal for this office space in Oshiwara last month for Rs. 7.64 crore. The newly purchased office spans 196.67 sq.m., equivalent to over 2000 sq.ft. of RERA carpet area. It is situated in the Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Andheri, Bollywood Hungama reported.

Reports indicate that Kajol signed the deal on July 28 with Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt. Ltd. Just four months ago, she bought an apartment in Mumbai worth Rs. 16.50 crore, and her husband reportedly purchased five office spaces valued at Rs. 45.09 crore.

Kajol's recent professional work includes her role in the anthology series 'Lust Stories 2', where she portrayed a mother dreaming of escaping to London from her abusive husband, played by Kumud Mishra. She also entered the web series domain with 'The Trial', playing Noyonika, who defends her family after her husband gets embroiled in a scandal. This show is a remake of the American series 'The Good Wife'.

Looking ahead, Kajol is set to play a significant role in Sarzameen, which marks Ibrahim Ali Khan's acting debut. Additionally, she has another project lined up with Netflix titled 'Do Patti'.
